Due Diligence
Rigorous 4–6 week deep dive into legal and tech.
IC Review

Step 1: Application Submission

Step 3: Internal Evaluation
Our investment team conducts an initial screening and evaluation of your business, market opportunity, and founding team.
Step 4: Investor Pitch
Shortlisted startups are invited to pitch directly to HA investors during our angel meetings.
Step 5: Term Sheet & Due Diligence
Selected startups move to the next stage, which includes issuing a term sheet followed by a rigorous 4-6 week deep dive into legal and financial due diligence.
Step 6: SHA Execution & Deal Closure
Upon successful completion of due diligence, the Shareholders' Agreement (SHA) is executed and the investment is closed.
